Back in May I started to grow celery from the bottom of a stalk:
Here it is now:
It has a great root system already....
.... so I planted it in the garden:
We'll see if it grows!
I started another one!

I grow celery for the butterflies, there is a couple of swallowtail caterpillars that eat it.
